Contact Management
I designed and developed a contact management system that addressed the specific distributor/dealer/customer
relationship needs of York contacts. Each unique group needed to be isolated for unique contact, yet the relationship to each parent was
needed for complete customer analysis.
Developed in MS Access, this menu driven, user friendly, relational system provided live data to authorized groups
and but created printed
reports, delimited mail list files, direct mail lists, and other functions.
It contained over 17,000 contacts. Some features included:
- Unlimited Customers
- Distributor/Dealer Relationships
- Matrix Reporting with unlimited classes.
- Delimited label file output
- Printed 'pull sheets' for monthly mailings
- Printed customer listings
- Subscription lists
