• Recent project management success included managing a major relocation of marketing collateral production and distribution facilities across the country.  This project spanned nearly one year, moved $3 million in collateral inventory, required new computer systems and method processes, and required extensive coordination with a variety of vendors and out-source partners.
  
  Success was achieved by applying attention-to-detail, clear task definition, frequent and open communications with associates, and strict planning and tracking.
   
• I designed and implemented an engineering project tracking system for a $250 million business unit.  This included establishing metrics and standards, user training, report development, and integration of MS Project's web publishing capabilities into a corporate intranet.
   
• As event manager for domestic and international trade shows, user group meetings, and product roll-outs, I successfully executed scores of time-sensitive, logistic-laden projects.  Also, these activities required exceptional people management skills, as well as tracking bars and dates on Gantt charts.
