Day 5 - The Bitter End Again:  A Sweet Place

The north sound of Virgin Gorda, which includes the Bitter End and Sabo Rock, was so nice and convenient we spent two nights there.  (Also, it has direct water taxi service to the airport should you ever need it :)

Civilization - Which in the BVIs means someone else makes your rum drinks instead of yourself!  This area has two great hangouts:  The Bitter End Yacht Club (on the right in the picture below), and Sabo Rock (which is just behind the boats).  You can pick up a mooring ball very close to these for a short dinghy ride in.

Speaking of rum - Here's Danny explaining to a captive audience how to find Orion's Belt by using a Rum Punch drink and a cigar instead of a compass.  Notice Joe in the foreground, he's probably already found it.  Ok, this is an inside joke for those who weren't there - you had to be there.  Picture by Krista.

Myself, Danny, and Paul in the Bitter End bar.  "Hey, can we get someone to clean off this table.  Looks like we drank all this"

We went snorkeling in the Dogs during the day.  Some pretty nice coral formations was just off the islands.
